Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house at a tech company.
• Proven track record recruiting for Product, Design, and technical teams.
• Must be based in New York City to adhere to the hybrid office schedule.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to recruitment and pipeline management.
• Curiosity about and willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
