TL;DR

Senior Title Closer: Managing the full lifecycle of real estate and construction loan files with an accent on documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on facilitating complex closings, auditing construction statements, and maintaining high-level service standards for lenders, builders, and borrowers.

Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Onsite)

Salary: $23.00–$35.00 per hour plus monthly commission

What you will do

  • Collaborate with lenders, builders, and realtors to prepare and review closing documentation.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to federal, state, and underwriting policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between borrowers, builders, and construction lenders.
  • Manage the lifespan of new construction files, including draws and sworn statement auditing.
  • Coordinate with accounting for timely fund disbursement.
  • Conduct closings and address any title-related concerns prior to finalization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in closing real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in preparing closing documents and understanding title industry concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SoftPro.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
