What you will do
- Manage the Premier Employee Political Action Committee (PAC), including LDA, Ethics Committee, and Federal Election Commission (FEC) compliance and required filings (LD-2, LD-203, and FEC reporting).
- Develop and execute PAC strategy to expand employee participation, including outreach, congressional champion list development, and PAC advisory committee coordination.
- Manage the Premier Government Affairs Network (GAN): maintain the member roster, develop meeting agendas/materials, and support twice-yearly in-person GAN meetings.
- Support Government Affairs Team initiatives by tracking legislation, working with legislative staff, preparing reports/presentations, and writing advocacy communications.
- Run customer relationship management programs (e.g., Quorum, PAC Master, Salesforce) to support engagement and outreach strategies.
- Plan and manage virtual events/webinars and coordinate event logistics for in-person meetings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of applicable work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time-management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with tact, integrity, and professionalism across internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of file management/administrative processes.
- Ability to exercise independence and discretion; ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically.

- Familiarity with and interest in the U.S. political system.
- Bachelor’s degree.
