What you will do

• Inspect commercial and residential properties to verify and record details for valuation.
• Work outdoors in all seasons and weather, standing, walking, bending, and climbing as needed.
• Interact with property owners, answering questions and ensuring smooth visits.
• Carry equipment (5-10 lbs) and manage a 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, bend, stretch, kneel, climb stairs, and carry equipment
• Availability for 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
