Salary: Entry rate approx. $36.44/hr; average annual pay $85k–$95k with 3-5 years seniority.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, repair, and test wayside signal devices.
• Handle underground and overhead cables, including trenching and digging.
• Operate heavy machinery like backhoes, trenchers, and boom trucks.
• Climb signal masts, bridges, and ladders for electrical connections.
• Perform work in extreme weather conditions and safety-sensitive environments.
• Complete company-paid on-the-job and classroom training.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to report to Fargo, ND
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• At least 18 years of age by start date.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work on uneven terrain.
• Ability to visually distinguish colors and differentiate verbal/non-verbal sounds.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
