Location: Onsite in Norcross, GA; primarily southeastern U.S. (GA, TN, FL), occasional nationwide travel. U.S. Persons Only (ITAR export controls)

What you will do

• Assist with inspections, repairs, and installations of lightning protection systems on commercial buildings including flat roofs, office towers, and skyscrapers under supervision.
• Safely climb ladders, access roofs, and work at heights following OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Use hand tools like wrenches and drills to support repairs and installations.
• Communicate with project managers and team members; limited client interaction.
• Work in small field teams to complete tasks on schedule and maintain project records.
• Travel regionally (primarily GA, TN, FL) and occasionally nationwide.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; current enrollment in or recent graduation from college/trade school encouraged
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, climb ladders, and work at heights under supervision
• Valid driver’s license meeting ATS standards; able to pass physical exam, background check, and drug screening
• U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR export controls
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email); familiarity with hand tools
• Reliable, punctual, flexible hours (7:30 a.m. start, 8-hour days, occasional longer)
