What you will do

• Perform basic to intermediate job setups including machine reboots, folder adjustments, and camera setups.
• Troubleshoot production-related equipment and escalate issues to maintenance or management.
• Assist with inserting training and running inserters as needed.
• Monitor equipment efficiency and meet monthly Operator Efficiency Goals.
• Follow departmental and safety procedures while utilizing advanced maintenance access.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ year experience operating high-speed automated machinery with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to read technical documents.
• Ability to lift 50 lb., work 12-hour shifts in a noisy environment, and adapt to fast-paced changes.
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime; basic verbal/written communication.
• Must work on-site in South Windsor, CT; Shift: Wed-Thu-Fri & alternating Sat, 6PM-6AM
