What you will do

• Lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children aged 3-21.
• Conduct remote and in-person assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress via supervision and communication.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to implement plans and achieve outcomes.
• Provide virtual or in-person supervision, feedback, training, and professional development to technicians.
• Manage 10-13 cases, complete 25 billable hours weekly, sign timesheets, and convert notes within 48 hours.
• Maintain documentation, stay updated on ABA research and BACB guidelines, and participate in meetings.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Master’s Degree required.
• Program development, data analysis, BIPS, ABA principles, data collection software, and supervision competence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Monthly travel to clients; ability to exert up to 30 pounds of force as needed.
• Sponsorship not available; must have work authorization.

Nice to have

• 2-3 years in case management and telehealth services.
• CentralReach ABA software experience.
