Salary: €3,000–€4,000 gross/month

What you will do

• Plan and execute Meta performance strategies to achieve measurable growth goals.
• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to develop new scaling strategies.
• Collaborate with media buyers and performance creative teams.
• Manage and experiment with other paid social channels.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Meta media buying.
• Expertise in strategizing, planning, and achieving defined performance goals.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as GA4 or Hyros.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.

• Experience in digital e-commerce.
