Bilingual Behavior Technician (Spanish English)

What you will do

• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions at the client's home.
• Log daily observations and report critical data to monitor and evaluate client progress.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) through remote and in-person supervision.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in and able to travel within the state of New York.
• 1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in school or home settings.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it within 3 weeks of start date.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Course.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and/or adolescents on the autism spectrum.
• Language: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
