Focus on building effective treatment plans, tracking meaningful outcomes, and maintaining documentation aligned with BACB best practices.

Location: Fully remote; must live in the USA. Most sessions take place after school hours.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus a potential sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children ages 3–18.
  • Conduct remote assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Mentor Behavior Technicians through ongoing feedback and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow BACB best practices.

Requirements

  • Valid NY LBA is required.
  • Must live in the USA.
  • Experience managing or supervising clinical teams.
  • Knowledge of ABA services, behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and BACB standards.

Nice to have

  • Valid Medicaid ID.
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish, Mandarin, Bengali, or another language.
