What you will do

• Lead a team of Behavior Technicians providing in-home ABA services to children (ages 3–18).
• Conduct remote assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful behavioral outcomes.
• Mentor and support team members through ongoing feedback and professional development.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with BACB best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• NY LBA certification is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, primarily after school.

Nice to have

• Valid Medicaid ID.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Bengali.
