What you will do

• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients during all sessions.
• Log daily observations and report critical data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) through remote and in-person supervision.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it within 3 weeks of hire.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Course (or willingness to take it through the company).
• 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in school or home settings.
• 2+ years of experience working with children or adolescents on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
