What you will do

• Verify, gather, and record accurate physical descriptions of real estate properties.
• Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work areas.
• Act as a professional public-facing representative of the reassessment process during property visits.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to working locations.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors for extended periods in all seasons and weather.
• Physical ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and carry 5-10 lbs of equipment.
• Effective verbal communication skills to interact professionally with the public.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in real estate appraisal.
• Experience as a census worker, mail carrier, or in delivery services.
