What you will do

• Communicate with tenants and outside brokers regarding the industrial portfolio.
• Monitor and interpret market conditions and trends to facilitate portfolio decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive market research reports.
• Drive marketing efforts including brochures, e-blasts, and CoStar listings.
• Draft leasing documents such as LOIs and commission invoices.
• Coordinate space improvements related to leasing activities.

Requirements

• Must hold an active AZ Real Estate License.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate principles.
• Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe.
