What you will do

• Conduct admissions and assessments using ASAM criteria to determine appropriate levels of care.
• Deliver evidence-based counseling curriculum including CBT, Matrix Model, and Seeking Safety.
• Provide individual counseling sessions and targeted case management for enrolled patients.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation for regulatory and billing purposes.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and referral partners to ensure program effectiveness and growth.
• Provide crisis support and transitional counseling to patients as needed.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license: LPC, LADAC I/II, LCSW, or LMSW.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Memphis, TN.
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment planning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
