What you will do

• Lead Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services to children aged 3-18.
• Conduct remote and in-person assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor client progress.
• Manage caseload of at least 12 cases, handle billing, timesheets, and note conversions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals for treatment implementation.
• Provide training, feedback, and professional development to your team via virtual meetings.
• Maintain documentation and stay updated on ABA research and BACB guidelines.

Requirements

• LBA for New York State and BCBA certification; Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in telehealth services, remote assessments, and supervising 2+ employees.
• 2-3 years case management experience.
• Proficiency in program development, data analysis, BIPs, ABA principles, data collection software.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Physical ability to exert up to 30 lbs force, climb stairs as needed.
