Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant field (HR, Psychology, Management etc.) with above-average results
• 1–2 years professional experience or internships (ideally automotive)
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and data-oriented mindset
• Interest in project management and HR IT tools
• International experience (studies or internships abroad)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and excellent communication skills
