What you will do
- Maintain and update HR system (HiBob) and EOR platform for accurate employee data across regions.
- Manage documentation including agreements, annexes, and HR paperwork for employees and contractors globally.
- Process lifecycle changes like salary increases, promotions, and transfers for international team.
- Automate HRIS workflows to streamline administrative tasks and employee lifecycle efficiency.
- Administer visa and work permit processes, coordinating with external partners.
- Support payroll team and handle global employee queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years HR experience, preferably international.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level; additional languages advantageous.
- Experience with HR systems (HiBob), Google Sheets/Excel, data management tools a strong plus.
- Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and automation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize in fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of data confidentiality and compliance with local regulations/labor laws.
