Internship in CoE Process and Systems Management

Internship in CoE Process and Systems Management (HR Systems): Support day-to-day operations of Corporate CoE for Process & System Management and ongoing HR systems projects with an accent on testing, quality assurance, data validation, and documentation. Focus on HR system regression testing, organizational change requests, and creating user-focused training materials and reports.

What you will do

• Support operations of the Corporate CoE for Process & System Management and HR systems projects
• Contribute to HR system testing, quality assurance, regression testing, SAP HCM checks, and report validation
• Assist with organizational change requests and administrative procedures in SAP HCM / Organizational Management
• Perform data validation and help improve HR-related processes
• Create and update user documentation, training materials, SOPs, and checklists
• Prepare summaries, knowledge base content, and reports for knowledge management

Requirements

• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Higher education, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Data Analytics
• Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel (VBA knowledge a plus)
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Location: Wrocław, PL
