What you will do

• Act as the central point of contact for regional and country-specific functional HR IT topics.
• Support the implementation and operation of the global HR IT landscape within the region.
• Ensure adherence to global definitions, guidelines, and standards.
• Coordinate regional testing, documentation, releases, and change requests.
• Manage regional HR IT compliance and audit topics, including remedial action plans.
• Analyze and track regional and local KPIs and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in HR system-related projects within an international environment.
• Deep understanding of integrated HR IT systems and processes (on-premise and cloud).
• Knowledge of time management and payroll processing rules, ideally within SAP HCM.
• Business fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice to have

• Educational background in HR or IT.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in a secondary language.
