Payroll Administrator (EMEA & Americas)

Focus on ensuring data accuracy, managing complex payroll inputs, and resolving international employee queries.

What you will do

• Collect and compile monthly payroll inputs, including new starters, leavers, salary changes, and benefits.
• Submit payroll data to external vendors and perform pre- and post-payroll reconciliations and variance reviews.
• Manage the shared payroll inbox, triaging and responding to employee and stakeholder queries professionally.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Reward, and Legal teams to gather inputs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with the annual purchase order process for payroll vendors and track invoice receipts.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and support compliance with UK payroll legislation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in UK payroll administration, including knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, and pensions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with lookups and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with HR or payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, Safeguard, or Oracle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for an international environment.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
