What you will do

• Verify, gather, and record accurate physical descriptions of real estate properties.
• Conduct on-site property inspections outdoors in various weather conditions and seasons.
• Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work targets.
• Act as a professional public-facing representative for the reassessment team when interacting with the public.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Pike County, PA.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from working locations.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and carry 5-10 lbs of equipment.
• Capacity to work a full-time 40-hour work week.
• Effective verbal communication skills to put members of the public at ease.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate.
• Previous experience as a census worker, mail carrier, or delivery driver.
• CPE license.
