What you will do

  • Identify, define, and build high-value partnership channels aligned with growth strategy.
  • Design and execute structured outreach cadences and maintain consistent communication with partners.
  • Own the end-to-end referral system and CRM structure for partnership tracking and attribution.
  • Ensure accurate attribution of partnership-driven leads and maintain reliable data for reporting.
  • Define KPIs and analyze partner performance to optimize ROI and scale high-performing channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships, operations, revenue operations, or channel management.
  • Strong systems thinking ability with the capacity to build scalable processes.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive strategic decisions.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow systems.
  • Experience working with reporting dashboards like Power BI.
