What you will do

• Support affiliate partners through day-to-day communication and onboarding processes.
• Execute outreach campaigns and engagement strategies using defined playbooks.
• Track partner activity and maintain CRM hygiene to provide performance insights.
• Manage pipeline follow-ups for leads and trials according to established SLAs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to resolve partner queries and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in SaaS.
• 2-5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing managing revenue-generating portfolios.
• Deep expertise in marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong data fluency for forecasting, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and affiliate tracking platforms.
