Sr. Customer Success Partner (Staffing): Managing and growing revenue within strategic enterprise accounts in the staffing vertical with an accent on strategic account planning and C-level relationship management. Location: Must be located in the United States (Remote, with up to 20% travel)
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 base annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account management plans to grow revenue and penetration within the Staffing vertical.
- Manage a small number of named strategic accounts, ensuring base revenue maintenance and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews to articulate value and analyze trends.
- Coordinate with operations and technology teams to ensure service levels are maintained and business problems are resolved.
- Manage contractual documentation, including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and RFP responses.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships to provide superior service and tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of proven experience in sales account management for strategic National or Global accounts.
- Experience managing C-level relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Staffing, BPO, or RPO industries.
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker Analytics, or PowerBI.
