What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new AEC partners to generate qualified leads and expand market presence.
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships through joint go-to-market strategies and executive-level relationship building.
  • Enable and coach reseller and services partners through the sales cycle, onboarding, and certification.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and a healthy pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align partner capacity with customer needs.
  • Attend tradeshows and industry events to recruit new partners and build strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in channel or direct sales.
  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is required.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience working with VAR/Resellers, Services/Implementation, and Referral partners.
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled sales and CRM tools such as Gong, Copilot, or ZoomInfo.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to project-based businesses.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC).
