TL;DR

What you will do

  • Educate partners through training, skills transfer, demand generation, and business development support.
  • Orchestrate resources to assist partners and strengthen relationships with internal teams.
  • Ensure partner participation in marketing and channel strategy programs.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships to keep hirify.global top of mind in partner business plans.
  • Monitor partners' business capabilities, financial results, and investments in 829 products.
  • Facilitate internal resources for business plan execution and joint sales activities.
  • Develop cadences, conduct joint sales clinics, manage demos, and provide reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing industry, preferably experience selling marketing services.
  • 8+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience generating pipeline via cold outbound (email, calling, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot Sales Hub, and ZoomInfo.
