What you will do

• Inspect, measure, and photograph the exterior of commercial and industrial properties.
• Collect and evaluate income and expenses for income-producing properties.
• Compute final property value estimations considering depreciation, replacement costs, and comparisons.
• Research public records for sales, leases, and legal restrictions.
• Interview property owners, contractors, and realtors to obtain pertinent information.
• Maintain professional communication as a public-facing representative of the appraisal team.

Requirements

• Located in or near Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Familiarity with general commercial and industrial building construction.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the public and property representatives.
