Salary: AUD 67,000–70,000 per annum + superannuation

What you will do
- Act as first point of contact for client enquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Investigate, resolve, and document issues using CRM/case management systems
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide expert support on ’ products and services
- Collaborate with teams to deliver compliant customer outcomes
- Manage refunds, direct debit setups, amendments, and client data accuracy
- Contribute to improvements via client feedback and service insights
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in client support or customer service role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to learn and navigate new systems and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills for multitasking in team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of compliance and regulated environments
