What you will do
- Provide high-level functional and technical assistance for existing customer planning and reporting solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions within the platform.
- Identify and implement optimization areas for existing customer applications.
- Perform root-cause analysis and reverse engineering to solve technical issues.
- Collaborate with the Product team by relaying market and customer feedback.
- Participate in knowledge transfer processes between delivery and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Educational background in Business, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in Support or Consulting within Supply Chain, FP&A, or Retail planning.
- Strong capacity for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
Nice to have
- Experience with systems such as Anaplan, TM1, Oracle, O9, JDA/Blue Yonder, or SAP.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Exposure to multi-dimensional or OLAP technology.
- Understanding of financial processes, including Financial Consolidation and Lease Reporting.
