• Serve as the go-to expert for clients via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt, accurate resolutions.
• Guide new and existing clients through onboarding, KYC verification, and compliance steps with clarity and empathy.
• Conduct personalized walkthroughs of the trading platform’s features, empowering clients to trade confidently.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to identify pain points, inform product enhancements, and elevate service standards.
• Foster long-term client relationships through professionalism, patience, and proactive communication.

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Advanced ability to engage professionally, build rapport, and convey complex information clearly.
