What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the international payment process.
- Deliver high-quality customer service via telephone and email to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails within strict timeframes.
- Follow up with clients in accordance with AML/CTF regulations.
- Coordinate with Operations and Settlements to track funds and respond to client queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial legislation.
Requirements
- HSC qualification with relevant customer service experience.
- Experience working in a high call volume environment.
- Proficiency in using email and phone systems.
- Ability to handle complex products and resolve client objections.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Location: Must be based in Sydney, NSW, Australia
