What you will do

• Lead the architecture and design of ISR-focused aerial and unmanned systems based on operational scenarios.
• Define system-level solutions aligning with military standards such as NATO and BAAINBw.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, product management, and development teams.
• Produce and maintain system models and architecture views using SPARX EA.
• Interface with defense customers, government bodies, and integration partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve systems engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong background in systems design and architecture, specifically within defense and aerospace.
• Experience with SPARX EA, NAFv4, and ADMBw architecture methodologies.
• University degree in Systems, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Business fluency in English and German.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain national security clearance.
