What you will do

• Lead network architecture for hirify.global public cloud, aligning with hosting infrastructure strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, DevOps, SDN developers, and network engineering teams to define feasible, scalable solutions.
• Provide input into product and technology roadmaps, anticipating business and technical needs.
• Research, evaluate, design, and deploy emerging networking technologies like SDN, virtual networking, and automation.
• Guide stakeholders and customers by translating business needs into technical tasks.
• Design HLD/LLD network architectures and maintain architectural documentation.

Requirements

• English required (German preferred)
• 10+ years in network architecture and design, including public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of DC fabric architectures, VNFs, SDN, NFV, routing, switching, firewalling, hybrid networking.
• Proven experience leading complex network projects as architect and technical leader.
• Design of secure, scalable, resilient networks in public cloud; virtualized environments (KVM, Open vSwitch, Linux bridges).
• Automation and DevOps for networking (Netbox, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD); Linux systems (Python, NFtables, IPtables, Git).
• Strong documentation, architecture skills, and communication to translate technical concepts to business value.
