What you will do

• Explore new technologies and engineering practices to evolve the core platform.
• Build prototypes and technical pilots to prove new architectural approaches.
• Introduce AI-assisted development and automation to enhance engineering productivity.
• Coordinate the Architecture Guild to align Solution Architects on major technical decisions.
• Identify and reduce technical complexity and operational costs by challenging legacy decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience building complex, production-ready software systems.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and platform architecture.
• Ability to influence strong engineers through working code and sound reasoning.
• Passion for testing new technologies, AI, and automation in practice.
• Must be based in Germany or Europe.
