Solution Architect (ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM): Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures for global enterprise clients with an accent on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules, CMDB governance, and integrations. Focus on providing technical leadership, defining platform standards and guardrails, and delivering sustainable solutions for cloud and software transformation.

Location: DACH region (Germany: Frankfurt, Leipzig, Heilbronn, Berlin, Köln, München; Austria: Wien; Switzerland: Wallisellen), hybrid work arrangement with willingness to travel up to 15%. Professional level German and English (written and verbal) required.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight on ServiceNow projects
• Design integration architectures using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Service Graph Connectors
• Define and maintain platform architecture principles, standards, and guardrails
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to present designs and align solutions
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, sizing, and demos; act as trusted advisor

Requirements

• Several years of proven experience with ServiceNow platforms
• Experience as ServiceNow Architect or Lead Technical Consultant
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM Discovery, ITAM, Flow Designer, JavaScript, SQL, import sets, transform maps
• Deep understanding of CMDB governance, Identification & Reconciliation Engine
• Experience with agile/SAFe/hybrid project delivery
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM certifications
• Solid communicator with proactive attitude; ability to balance standardization and customer needs
