What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with prospective B2B customers to map architecture and compliance needs to the product suite.
• Design tailored solutions and scope PoCs to drive technical sales alongside the sales team.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from kick-off and API integration support to go-live.
• Create the Solutions Engineering playbook, including pre-sales processes and onboarding runbooks.
• Identify and communicate product gaps to the product roadmap based on business context.
• Drive post-launch expansion by identifying new product opportunities for customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (SA, SE, TAM) at a B2B API or infrastructure company.
• Proven track record of owning both pre-sales discovery and post-sales delivery.
• Proficiency with REST/WebSocket APIs, OAuth, JWT, and webhook architecture.
• Experience delivering complex integrations to technical buyers at banks, neobanks, or fintechs.
• Previous experience as a founding hire or building operational processes from scratch.
• Must be based in one of the specified supported countries.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of crypto domains: trading, custody, KYC, and staking.
• Experience with embedded finance or crypto-as-a-service products.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools like Claude Code or Cursor for rapid prototyping.
• Experience building a playbook and hiring the team to execute it.
