TL;DR

Regional Annuity Sales Director (Finance): Driving sales of individual annuity solutions within hirify.global Financial Advisors with an accent on relationship building and wholesaler expertise. Focus on integrating annuity portfolios into client solutions and managing territory growth in New England.

Location: Remote (US); Must reside within the designated territory of New England; Ability to travel 25-50% required

Compensation: $185K - $256K (Total Target Compensation)

What you will do

  • Build and grow relationships with field partners to support hirify.global advisors and General Agents.
  • Provide tailored annuity solutions to integrate the company's annuity portfolio into client financial plans.
  • Deliver technical content and product features in both individual and group settings.
  • Maintain proactive sales relationships through constant profiling and base refreshing in the assigned territory.
  • Execute activity expectations to maximize sales growth and provide weekly updates to management.
  • Effectively manage travel and expense budgets while providing virtual and in-person support.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the designated territory of New England.
  • 5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
  • FINRA Series 6 and State Life and Health license at time of application.
  • FINRA Series 63 (at application or must obtain within 6 months of hire).
  • Ability to travel 25-50%.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Industry Designations such as CLU, ChFC, and/or CFP.
  • 2+ years of experience in an external wholesaling position.
  • Proven track record of success with career and brokers in achieving sales objectives.
