TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving full-cycle enterprise sales for an AI-powered code review platform with an accent on strategic relationship development and technical fluency in the AI space. Focus on owning the full sales cycle, shaping GTM motion for expansion and pricing, and translating customer insights into product direction.
Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days per week in office); requires full-time in-person presence for the first eight weeks
Salary: OTE $280K – $400K + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close across technical and economic buyers.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with top software organizations.
- Demonstrate strong technical fluency in the AI and code review space to effectively sell to engineers.
- Partner with founders, engineers, and product teams to feed customer insights into the product roadmap.
- Shape and refine GTM motions, focusing on expansion, pricing, and outbound playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2+ years in enterprise sales.
- Prior experience at an early-stage AI company (Series A to C preferred).
- Strong technical fluency, including the ability to explain APIs, code integrations, and model behaviors.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex sales cycles.
- Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and build structure in a zero-to-one environment.
Nice to have
- Background selling into developer tools, MLOps, security, or dev productivity.
- Experience with bottoms-up adoption funnels.
- Previous experience as a founder, early operator, or first sales hire.
