Salary: $185,000 - $211,000 USD plus Equity and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Build reproducible backtests for proposed quantitative models and algorithms
• Contribute to deployment and implementation of differentiated investment services
• Develop infrastructure for modeling, optimization, backtesting, analytics, and data management
• Investigate, identify, and acquire internal and external datasets
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, marketing, and compliance teams to commercialize new products and enhancements
• Promote products through data analysis, blog posts, and white papers

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related quantitative discipline
• 4+ years in systematic or quantitative investing or higher degree in quantitative field
• Experience analyzing complex data and building statistical models
• Proficiency in Python or R with significant coding experience, revision control, and testing
• Competency in SQL

Nice to have

• Experience with direct indexing and tax-aware strategies
• Programming in Java or Scala
• Experience with AWS cloud computing
