What you will do

• Set the technical vision and roadmap for new-vehicle analytics aligned with Pricing and Statistical Engineering strategies.
• Integrate modern statistical techniques, machine learning, and generative AI into valuation and forecasting systems.
• Architect and validate ML models for pricing and time-series forecasting to ensure scalability and robustness.
• Guide the design of rigorous experiments, calibration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic, complex initiatives, managing timelines and resourcing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders to integrate model insights into downstream systems.

Requirements

• PhD in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of applied analytics experience for Senior Staff or 10+ years for Director level.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, time-series forecasting, and advanced statistical methods.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (implied by US-specific benefits).
