Salary: $117,200 – $143,200

What you will do

• Partner with Marketing stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical approaches and success metrics.
• Apply statistical analysis and machine learning to develop solutions that drive campaign performance and decision-making.
• Lead the design and management of experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing across various channels.
• Quantify and communicate business impact (ROI, engagement lift) to senior stakeholders through storytelling.
• Collaborate with Technology and Engineering teams to operationalize validated models into scalable production pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or analytics, specifically in business-facing roles.
• Proven experience building and applying ML models and designing A/B tests in real-world contexts.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with large-scale data processing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Spark).
