Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 per month (net)

What you will do

• Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop monthly financial reports with variance analysis and maintain operating models/dashboards.
• Ensure accurate month-end close and optimize reporting hierarchies within NetSuite.
• Coordinate revenue and resource forecasts for consulting projects.
• Support cash flow forecasting, treasury planning, and track financial KPIs.
• Prepare internal reporting packages for leadership and investors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, with 2+ years in FP&A.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex financial modeling.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) for professional financial communication.
• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).

Nice to have

• Experience with specialized budgeting tools and processes.
• Prior work experience in consulting, SaaS, or offshore services.
• Familiarity with Open Air (SuiteProjects) or Power BI.
