What you will do

• Own annual planning, forecasting, and monthly budget-versus-actual reporting.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models tied to operational and financial metrics.
• Partner with department leaders on budgets, headcount plans, and spend projections.
• Prepare board and investor reporting packages, KPI decks, financial summaries, and ad hoc analyses.
• Support month-end close by aligning planning assumptions with actuals and providing financial insights.
• Build repeatable processes and templates that scale with business and departmental complexity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based models connected to key financial and operational metrics.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, retention, CAC, and LTV and their impact on financial statements.
• Experience with strategic analysis and operational finance, including GL cleanup, account mapping, and close support.
• Basic understanding of AI tools and a strong desire to use AI extensively in daily work.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
