Salary: USD 1,500 – 2,000/month (Net) + Competitive Commissions

What you will do

• Research and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn and online databases.
• Perform outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and book discovery meetings.
• Maintain and nurture a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
• Manage lead data, interaction logs, and deal stages within HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with senior team members to hand off qualified opportunities and assist in drafting proposals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or business development.
• Proven track record of successfully booking meetings with U.S.-based clients.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Excellent English fluency with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho).
