TL;DR

HubSpot Administrator (CRM): Taking ownership of the CRM to refine workflows, improve reporting, and optimize HubSpot for business scaling with an accent on operational efficiency and data integrity. Focus on building automated pipelines, maintaining leadership dashboards, and supporting the broader operations stack.

Location: Remote (Must align with US Timezone - CST)

Salary: $2,000–$2,500/mo net pay

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day HubSpot administration, maintenance, and system data integrity.
  • Build and optimize workflows, automations, and sales/marketing pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Support secondary operational tools, including Rippling (HRIS/payroll) and call software.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and document workflows to reduce manual work and increase leverage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or CRM Operations Specialist.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot automations, workflows, and reporting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage various HRIS and operational tools.
  • Must be able to work in the US Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with integrations using Zapier or Make.
  • Background in RevOps environments.
