What you will do

• Execute standard HubSpot implementations independently across multiple hubs.
• Manage technical functionality for a combination of project-based and retainer/managed services clients.
• Implement and optimize workflows, automation, lists, reporting, and data management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot portals.
• Collaborate with the Client Success team to align HubSpot solutions with client goals.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or the implementation of new HubSpot features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an agency or with a HubSpot Partner.
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified, Inbound Certified) are strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive customer success and satisfaction.
