What you will do
- Enable sales team success via improved strategy, processes, analytics, and tools.
- Streamline and automate data compilation/analysis from various sources.
- Administer and maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and DealHub systems.
- Act as cross-functional liaison between RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams.
- Track metrics like pipeline, bookings, deal cycles; create forecasts, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage data enrichment, account-based reporting, partner marketplace listings, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years in revenue/sales/business operations, ideally in fast-growth SaaS
- Deep Salesforce experience with report/dashboard design/automation; proficient in Excel modeling
- Proven cross-departmental liaison experience
- Analytical skills to track KPIs and turn data into strategies
- Understanding of finance/accounting terms, variable comp/incentives
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Salesforce certification
- Experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, Groove, LMS, sales enablement, BI, marketing automation
- Competency with emerging AI technologies
