TL;DR

Revenue Operations Manager (SaaS Analytics): Enable and empower sales team through strategy, processes, analytics, and tools with an accent on streamlining data compilation, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on administering Salesforce/HubSpot/Gong/DealHub, tracking KPIs, building dashboards/forecasts, and optimizing revenue metrics for business health.

Location: Remote Work, USA. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, ID, IN, MA, MD, MO, MI, NE, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA

What you will do

  • Enable sales team success via improved strategy, processes, analytics, and tools.
  • Streamline and automate data compilation/analysis from various sources.
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and DealHub systems.
  • Act as cross-functional liaison between RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams.
  • Track metrics like pipeline, bookings, deal cycles; create forecasts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage data enrichment, account-based reporting, partner marketplace listings, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in revenue/sales/business operations, ideally in fast-growth SaaS
  • Deep Salesforce experience with report/dashboard design/automation; proficient in Excel modeling
  • Proven cross-departmental liaison experience
  • Analytical skills to track KPIs and turn data into strategies
  • Understanding of finance/accounting terms, variable comp/incentives
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certification
  • Experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach, Groove, LMS, sales enablement, BI, marketing automation
  • Competency with emerging AI technologies
