What you will do
- Lead audit, cleaning, and consolidation of partner migration data including commercials, contracts, content, and products for accurate transitions.
- Design batch upload files and execute operations in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Define data schema mappings between networks and adapt content for partner activation.
- Optimize migration and onboarding journeys, track KPIs, and monitor risks.
- Manage proactive recovery for stalled partners and coordinate outreach.
- Build dashboards, deliver insights, and collaborate with PMI, Partner Ops, Integrations, and Partnerships teams.
Requirements
- English fluency mandatory; additional languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese) a plus.
- 2–5 years in Operations, CX Ops, Finance Ops, RevOps, or analytical roles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM data structures.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
- Analytical mindset to translate data into actions; excellent communication across stakeholders.
- Autonomous problem-solving in ambiguous settings; understanding of sales cycles and partner journeys.

- Experience in multi-sided platforms like Uber, Rappi, or iFood.
