TL;DR

Location: Remote across Europe or from office-hubs in Germany (Augsburg, Berlin, Munich, Lohne) and the Netherlands (Amsterdam). No relocation or visa sponsorship offered.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement an AI-focused RevOps strategy to align GTM teams for shared revenue goals.
  • Strategically deploy LLMs and autonomous agents to transform manual processes into self-operating systems.
  • Establish predictive revenue forecasting and report on key KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate and manage the GTM technology stack, including Hubspot, Chargebee, and Looker.
  • Drive enablement initiatives to empower GTM teams with necessary AI toolchains.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies in SaaS to keep the RevOps function agile.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of team leadership experience.
  • Significant experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or customer success operations, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms (Hubspot, Chargebee, Looker).
  • Must be based in Europe; company cannot offer relocation or visa sponsorship.

  • Proven expertise in SaaS pricing models and commercial strategy.
